The service in the hotel is very poor. When I asked to add a quilt, the waiter showed me a dirty quilt. When I asked to change it, he threw the quilt on the ground and changed the quilt on the ground. The service attitude was extremely poor and the service operation was extremely irregular.

Well worth a visit - amazing building and grounds, we were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside for food and drinks. Breakfast was also lovely.

We stayed for 1 night for mums 80th birthday. Mixed generations from age 10 - 80! We stayed in 3 rooms. Hotel phoned to discuss the booking and parents had an accessible room on the ground room. Didnt see a lift and presume likely given the architecture there wouldn’t be one. So good they were ground level. Grounds are lovely kids made use of the tennis court and family swim times. Welcoming service and rooms were super. Especially with our 14yr old we had a luxury double and it had a sitting room with sofa bed. Food was lovely both bar and restaurant. A big thank you to Mo in the restaurant who made for a very special night. Would recommend and would visit again.

Truly lovely hotel. Note, most of the rooms dont have AC which wasn't an issue for us but worth checking in advance of your here during a hot period and want to feel cool at night Breakfast was top draw Great location with lovely grounds and hikes near by

Hotel was nice overall. Rooms nothing out the ordinary but also perfectly fine for a mid range type of hotel. We had a basic room, larger rooms are available. Grounds are picturesque and well worth a walk around. Spa also good. We had dinner outside which I would recommend if the weather allows. Food was very good and that continued at breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but we were basically forgotten about by the staff at breakfast, I had to chase them to order. It was busy but it’s not what you would expect. 4.5 stars, would return
